ECE Department conducted a Five days online Faculty Development Programme on “Embedded Control Systems and Communication Network” for various college and our college faculty members during 11.05.2020 - 15.05.2019 using Google Meet. Mr.A.Pandian, AP and Mr.M.Selvaraj, AP coordinated the Faculty development programme.
On day1,Mr.C.Saravanakumar, AP, SRM VEC, handled sessions on Control System components and Feedback control theory, Signal flow graph and Multivariable control systems, Various order control system and its functionality. Time response analysis, PD, PI and PID Control Systems. On day 2, Frequency response and System analysis, Concept of stability analysis and Control system analysis using State variable method he presented.
On day3, Dr.Udhayakumar, Associate Professor, SRM VEC presented topics on Introduction to Embedded systems, ARM Processor and its peripherals and embedded system programming, Design flow, Requirements and Analysis.
On day 4, Dr. N.Usha Bhanu, Professor, SRM VEC handled Real time system estimation and evaluation, Multiple tasks and Multiples process, Operating Systems. Overview of data communication model, Internet protocols, OSI seven layer model topics are handled by Ms. K.Sobana, AP, SRM VEC
On the final day Mr. A.Anbarasan, AP, SRM VEC handled the topics various network protocols,
different routing techniques and Application layer protocols such as WWW, HTTP, DNS, SMTP. The faculty members of various engineering college across the nation and our faculty members gained knowledge.
